• What material is used for your products?

Our products are designed with a luxurious vintage style, and some are made from premium waxed canvas material, which also has practical water-resistant properties.

• Are INDURE products fully waterproof?

Some of our products are waterproof and can withstand light rain and splashes of water.However, they are not suitable for complete submersion.

• How should I clean my waxed canvas item?

Do not machine wash! Simply wipe with a damp cloth and reapply wax if needed For a full guide.

• Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase. Once processed, we cannot make changes.

• What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.Please contact us by email for more information.

• My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that! Please email us at induresup@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
